We want every customer to book their experience with complete confidence and transparency. Our cancellation and refund policy applies to all bookings, regardless of the payment method selected.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour
Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time and receive a full refund of the amount paid. No cancellation fee will apply.
If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
No cancellation fee will be charged.
For a €400 booking with a €100 deposit (25%), the full €100 deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking value will apply.
Any amount paid above the cancellation fee will be refunded.
25% deposit (€100): the €100 deposit is retained.
100% payment (€400): €100 is retained and €300 is refunded.
If you do not arrive for the tour at the agreed date and time and have not cancelled your booking in advance, the booking will be considered a No-Show.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking, whenever possible.
